Our student travel programs are much more then sightseeing. Discover another culture through unique, immersive experiences that truly connect you to the people, places and cities you visit.
Special Access. We believe in showing our students the iconic sites and having fun, but we also help students discover the essence of each place they visit. We offer thoughtfully designed activities that are exclusive to People to People.
Lasting Connections. We connect students to local families, students and community leaders—we believe this is best way to become immersed in the local culture.
Community Service. Giving back to the communities we visit is a meaningful component of our programs and helps students make a positive contribution. Students will earn a certificate for at least 10 hours of community service.
Team Building. We give our students many opportunities to step outside their comfort zones, including outdoor team-building and leadership activities. We encourage students to be more self-aware, help them discover their own interests and strengths, and become more independent.
Safety First. Safety is our number one priority on every program. With more than 60 years of experience in student travel, and with offices and global partners around the world, we are proud of our commitment to keeping students safe.
The Best Leaders. We set high standards and qualification requirements for our delegation leaders, including yearly background checks, annual trainings, and CPR/First Aid Certification.
Pre-Travel Preparation. Every student traveler is assigned a Student Success Advisor to help prepare for the program, ensuring a positive and successful experience. We also offer monthly online preparation meetings for our students and parents.
High Quality Standards. We set very strict quality standards for every aspect of our student travel programs, from our hotels to meals, to group activities and excursions.
An Investment In Your Future
All-Inclusive Tuition. Our tuition is all-inclusive, with no surprise add-ons or optional excursions. Each program includes international flights, 3 daily meals for student programs and 2 meals for college programs, accommodations, entry fees for all activities, and a Delegation Manager who is with the group 24/7. Additions may include visas or optional upgraded insurance plans. Please see your program details for a full list of inclusions.
Payment Plans and Fundraising. We offer flexible payment plans, including a monthly plan, and fundraising ideas to help you raise money for your program.
A Good Night’s Sleep. While other student travel companies have 4 or more students share a hotel room and even share beds, we believe that a good night’s sleep is critical to your overall experience. You are always guaranteed your own bed to ensure you are well rested to take on the next day’s activities.
Insurance. We provide all of our student travelers a basic insurance plan and an option to upgrade to more comprehensive plans based on their needs.
People to People moments are unique activities offered exclusively through our programs. From exploring Paris with local students, to discussing politics with a former member of Parliament in London to a bike tour of Soweto Township in Johannesburg, these moments allow students to make a deeper connection with the people and places they visit.

Students have two ways to travel on a People to People International Student Travel Program:
National Delegations are for students coming from all over the United States, chaperoned by educators carefully selected by People to People. Joining a National Delegation is a great way to meet students from all over the country.
Local Delegations are for students from the same geographic area, chaperoned by educators from that area too. The educators select the programs for their local delegation, so every program may not be offered in your area.
