People to People International Student Travel Scholarship
One student (12-18 years old) will be selected to join our all-inclusive Capitals of Europe program and travel for free on a travel scholarship next summer. Discover the history, culture, and people of Europe’s most famous capital cities on this immersive educational program.
Our student travel programs turn the world into a classroom, creating an educational and inspirational experience that cultivates meaningful connections between people of different countries. We go beyond typical sightseeing tours and create unique moments that truly connect our travelers to the people, places and cities they are visiting. For over 60 years we have embodied the vision of President Eisenhower and allowed it to take us beyond the ordinary.

How to Apply for the Travel Scholarship
1. Please fill out the form on the following page, answering the required questions.
2. After filling out the initial form, you will be given instructions on how to submit an unofficial transcript as well as a teacher reference.
3. President Eisenhower started People to People with a mission of helping to create greater global understanding and awareness by bringing Americans overseas and immersing them in other cultures. Ultimately, he believed in peace through understanding. Please share why you feel this is important and how you share his vision. You will have the option to send us a 1,000 word essay OR a 3 minute video.
Application Deadline: All submissions are due May 20th, 2019.
Eligibility: Students 12-17 years old may apply. Students will need to be 18 or under at the time of travel (during the summer of 2020).
Selection Process: A panel of People to People educators will select the finalists before a winner is ultimately chosen. The winner will be announced by July 30th, 2019.
