Day 2

Arrive into Rome and meet your local Delegation Manager. Rome is one of the most significant cities in the long history of Western civilization. On a tour of the ancient Colosseum and Roman Forum—both UNESCO World Heritage Sites—feel the ancient buzz of daily life that unfolded here for gladiators, spectators, merchants, and politicians. Tonight, join your Welcome Dinner.

Day 3

Visit Vatican City, the center of the Catholic Church and the world’s smallest country. On your exclusive tour led by a professional guide, visit the Vatican Museums, see the famous ceiling frescos of the Sistine Chapel, and walk through St. Peter’s Basilica. You’ll even meet with a former member of the Swiss Guard, hearing his tales of guarding the Pope and learning what it takes to join one of the oldest military units in the world. Day 4

Then see the towering Duomo and the bronze doors to the Baptistery. Tonight, join a pizza-making class, where you’ll learn the secrets to cooking up an authentic Tuscan pizza.

Day 5

Make your way through the rolling countryside of Tuscany before arriving at a contemporary working farm. Learn how to identify and prepare local produce, and then try out a variety of delicacies during a traditional Italian lunch. With the help of local experts, try your hand at a number of intricate farming techniques, many of which date back centuries.  Spend the evening in the countryside and enjoy a Tuscan dinner with your local hosts.

Day 6

Travel to Milan, one of the fashion centers of the world. Start your day with a rooftop tour of the city’s breathtaking cathedral, and learn about its storied history. Then discover the art and history on display at some of the city’s most celebrated museums and galleries, and enjoy time for shopping and a classic Italian lunch. Board an overnight train to Paris.

Day 7

Arrive in Paris, The City of Lights. Today, take a trip out to the extravagant Palace of Versailles, where French royalty lived their over-the-top lifestyle until the French Revolution. Learn the amazing history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, as you walk through the royal apartments, see the famous Hall of Mirrors, and stroll the gardens outside. Tonight, visit the top of the world-famous Eiffel Tower, which was built in 1889 for the World’s Fair.

Day 8

Visit Paris’s famous hillside neighborhood of Montmartre, an area known for its artists. You’ll have the exclusive opportunity to meet with one of these artists, getting an insider’s view of the Parisian art scene. Later, your focus stays on art as you visit one of the world’s most famous museums: the Louvre. The museum was once a palace, and today it’s filled with a huge collection of priceless works of art, including the one and only Mona Lisa.

Day 9

This morning spend time with a group of local Parisian students. You’ll learn about their daily life in Paris and explore some of their favorite local spots. This afternoon, ride a high-speed train through the English Channel tunnel—one of the most impressive engineering accomplishments of recent times—and arrive in London.  This evening, soar high above the city’s skyline on the Coca-Cola London Eye ferris wheel, taking in the incredible panoramic views of London.

Day 10

Visit the Tower of London, home to the Crown Jewels and over a thousand years of fascinating history. Later, head over to Buckingham Palace to witness the Changing of the Guard. This afternoon, explore London by boat, cruising past the many world-famous landmarks that line the banks of the River Thames. Take a break for tea-time, a must while visiting London. Tonight, top off this action-packed day with dinner and a show in London’s West End.
