Meet The Leaders

Student Travel Leader People to People

Autumn G.

Autumn is from Atlanta, GA and for the past 18 years has taught music at a public school outside of Atlanta. She has a Bachelor of Music Education from Berry College and a Masters of Education from Troy State University. When she first traveled overseas to Germany in the 5th grade, just after the fall of the Berlin Wall, she officially caught the travel bug! Growing up, her family traveled internationally a great deal, visiting Norway, Sweden, Australia and New Zealand before she finished high school. In college, she completed her student teaching abroad at a British primary school in London. Since 2004, Autumn has been a leader with People to People, and has enjoyed adventures with students in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, England, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, The Netherlands, Scotland, and Switzerland.

“‘I’m super excited to finally meet our whole delegation all in one place! Apart from that, I am very much looking forward to another visit to the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam, biking in Kinderdijk windmill park and eating some delicious Belgian chocolate and waffles! I’m also crossing my fingers that I’ll finally be able to see the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night!”
