Deanie currently teaches the SmartLab, which is a 21st-century learning lab designed for the exploration of STEM (science, technology, engineering, math), digital media, and other academic topics through applied technology. This is Deanie’s 10th year with People to People. She has worked as a teacher leader, primary leader, academic primary leader and a program assistant. Each job has allowed Deanie to grow as an educator and as a person, and she is very excited about being able to impact lives from around the globe.
