"Judge not, lest ye be judged." These words must have been written about someone else, because our judges know what they are doing. The panel is comprised of three of the most talented, knowledgeable, and accomplished experts this side of the Milky Way. Your status in the Creative Showdown is entirely in their hands. They're looking for "shock & awe"—something you can deliver. Check out their stats, and get a glimpse into their world.

JUDGES SKILLS BREAKDOWN
Meredith Banka | STAT CARD

Meredith, or "Mata Amritasaraswati," is an internationally renowned marketing guru, and is expected to reach nirvana any time now. After completing her training at a dojo in Toyohashi, Japan, she challenged her sensei to a duel…but never said why. When she isn't meditating on multivariate testing and the role of social media in branding, Meredith bends silverware with her impressive mind.

Jay Sadler | STAT CARD

Jay first cut his teeth in marketing as a hired gun in the 1970’s—an era when disco, hairspray, leisure suits and Liberace ruled the business world. After running into trouble with several foreign governments (in a case eligibly involving a violent gang of limbo dancers in Saigon) Jay worked at Microsoft, under the witness protection program. Undeterred by the occasional flashback, Jay is determined that the best contest submissions rise to the top—just like he did.

Nicolas Archer | STAT CARD

Before coming to People to People (where he insures smooth and legible inter-office communications), Nico made his name as a safari guide in the savannahs of sub-Saharan Africa. Known as “El Toro Loco,” Nico made a radical career change when he could no longer take the “crocodile tears” without a hint of regret. In 2008, he handed his machete in for a meticulously sharpened pencil and a master’s degree from Gonzaga University, in the lovely Pacific Northwest. Although he gave up bushwhacking, Nico enjoys testing his strength against large mammals and works out by wrestling his two pet tigers, “Lion” and “Roy.”
